Order Processing Time

All orders are custom-printed and processed within 2-5 business days. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.) You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been processed, standard transit times apply:

  • Domestic (e.g., US, EU, UK): 3-5 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address, item weight, and print origin. The exact shipping total will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@oryggy.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our print provider to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
