Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because all products in our store are unique, custom-printed, and made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection.
Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order, as we cannot issue replacements or refunds for sizing mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, has a clear manufacturing defect, or features a severe printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photo evidence of the damage or print defect taken on a flat, well-lit surface.
- A description of the issue.
Please note: You do not need to mail the defective physical item back to us.
Package Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us, as we cannot issue refunds for items marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified if the item has not yet entered production. If you need to change a size, shipping address, or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an item enters production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
